Here at POUQ, we pride ourselves with the quality of our packaging and the reliability of the shipping companies we use - Parcel Force, TNT and Sealed and Delivered.

Infact we have virtually no returns due to goods being damaged in transit. This goes for the smallest of orders, all the way to orders for our 7ft slate bed snooker and pool tables. Every customer order is treated with the same respect, and the shipping department treats each shipment as if it were being sent to their own homes.

We process our customer orders as they come in, and we typically prepare items for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, with delivery taking typically a further 1 to 2 working days. However, as with all shipping companies, things can (and do) get delayed, but at the very latest you should receive your order within 10 working days.

A number of our larger items, such as snooker and pool tables, clearly require specialist handling with a dedicated carrier to prevent damage and disappointment. These larger items have a separate delivery cost. These items can obviously take longer, and we aim to get your delivery to you within 7 working days. Should you have an urgent delivery requirment, please telephone us to discuss your requirements - anything is possible!

You are more than welcome to collect your order from our shop in Copthorne, near Gatwick Aiport - but please be aware that larger items really do need a van and two or more people to collect!
